400x400-UCW-newPortalOur new and improved Customer Portal was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive.  

Are you experiencing difficulty logging in? Don't worry. We are not charging any late fees or disconnecting service as we help our customers gain access to their accounts in our new system. We encourage you to make your monthly payments and keep your account up to date, but there's no rush to do so. Our normal late payment policy will resume on January 21, 2025.

    Please include your name, address where you receive service from us, how we can help you, and the best way we can contact you.
    If you need your account number, please also include the primary account holder's name and the last four digits of their Social Security Number so that we may disclose account information to you.
