We launched the current version of our Customer Portal in October 2024. If you haven't used our portal since then, you'll need to create a profile, set a new username and choose a new password. 

Follow these steps: 

• Click here to open the portal. 
  You will see the login screen at right.
• In the top right box under
  Existing Customer," click Create a Profile.
  Do not enter your old username and password from our old website.
• On the next screen, enter this information: 

• your six or eight digit account number, found at the top right corner of your printed billing statement. Do not include asterisks, hyphens or spaces. If you do not have your account number, fill out this webform to request it from Customer Care. You may also be able to find your account number on your billing statement or by searching your email account for a message containing "Union County Water". 
• your street number for the address where you receive water service
• your ZIP Code for that same address

• After verifying your account, you will be prompted to create a new username and a new password to view your account in our Customer Portal.

Now you can view and pay your bill online, view your household’s usage over time, and set up usage alerts that can help you identify leaks in your home. 

Do you need to open a new account with Union County Water? 

Our Customer Portal is for existing customers only. 

We would love to welcome you as a new customer! Visit our Apply for Service (New Customer) page to get started. 

Your Union County Water account number is either six or eight digits, and is always printed on your billing statement.

You may be able to find your account number by searching your email inbox for "Union County Water".   

You can request your account number through this webform. Customer Care will process your request and provide your account number via email. To request your account number by phone, call our Customer Care team at 704-296-4210. 

Due to privacy concerns, you must provide the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number to receive your account number.

Visit the portal and choose Pay Bill as Guest. This option allows you to pay your bill without logging in, but you will not have complete access to your account or the portal's full range of features.
