All projects must be submitted through Evolve, Union County's online portal for development review. As your project advances through the Evolve system, follow the steps outlined on our Development Review Process page, which includes links and files that you'll need at each step of the review process.

To inquire about accessibility for a particular site: please send an email to Customer Care with your name, your phone number, the property's address and/or parcel ID, and what kind of service you are requesting: water, sewer, or both.
