The calculators below can help you determine what your next water bill will be based on your household's anticipated usage. While we welcome you to visit our Rates & Fees page, these tools can also be helpful to our customers in a variety of scenarios: 

• Penny Pincher: If you have a goal for reducing your household’s monthly water usage, put that figure in the calculator below to see what your monthly water bill would be. Keep in mind that our tiered billing system rewards conservation, so the more water you use, the higher rate you will pay for extremely high usage. • New Customer: Are you starting service with us and want to know what to expect for your monthly water costs? Enter your household’s typical monthly water usage to determine how much your bill will be with Union County Water. Visit our New Customer page when you're ready to start service.
• Pool Owners: Are you planning to fill your pool and want to know how much that spike in water usage will cost? Enter your household’s typical monthly water usage and add the total capacity of your pool in gallons. Note that although your typical charge for wastewater services is based on your metered water usage - Union County Water will cap your monthly wastewater usage at 12,000 gallons for billing purposes, no matter how much water you use that month. If you do plan to fill your swimming pool,  email us at water@unioncountync.gov so that we know why usage has spiked at your home. Our Customer Service team works to alert customers when we detect high usage, so knowing the reason for your spike in usage will help us focus our efforts on customers whose high usage is likely explained by a water leak. Visit this page for more information about owning a pool in Union County. 

To use the calculators below, you first need to determine how much water your household typically uses in a month. Our billing statements show you the total gallons your household used during that billing period. 

About the three calculators below: 

• The first calculator is for Union County Water customers who only receive water service from our utility; these customers have septic systems for their wastewater service. 
• The second calculator is for customers who receive both water and wastewater services from Union County Water; our wastewater fees are set at a flat rate and are billed according to your water usage. 
• The third calculator is for irrigation meters; Union County Water customers are required to have a separate meter for their irrigation systems. If you have an irrigation system, you will need to choose one of the first two calculators and also the third calculator to determine your total monthly bill.
