400x400_UCW-Stage2Key Reminders:

  • Because of the drought, Union County is requiring Stage 2 mandatory restrictions on outdoor water use. Irrigation is limited to two specific days per week, based on your address. Visit this page to see the restrictions and how they apply to you.
  • Stage 2 also means our standard water rates have been adjusted to higher conservation rates; residential customers will only pay higher rates if they use more than 10,000 gallons in a billing cycle. Conservation rates are posted on this page (under Helpful Information).
  • It will take months of frequent rain to get us out of the current drought, so customers should expect these restrictions and conservation rates to last all summer.
  • We are asking everyone to think about their water usage and how conserving water can help avoid high bills. Be extra mindful of leaks and repair them quickly.
  • Use the free tools and resources throughout this section of our website and within our Customer Portal to conserve water and save on your monthly bill.
