This means Union County Water customers are always required to follow restrictions for water usage; the type of restrictions vary based on the current stage of water shortage, as described in our Water Shortage Response Plan. The Plan also implements higher rates during times of severe, extreme, or exceptional water shortage, with the goal of encouraging conservation.

When we announce a change to our Current Stage of Water Restrictions, our Customer Care team contacts all customers directly to announce the changes, any impacts to rates or the water use restrictions currently in effect. If you are a Union County Water customer and you did not receive an email or phone call about the most recent changes, you may need to update the contact information on your account. Please contact Customer Care to ensure we have your current contact information.  

All Union County Water customers have access to free water conservation tools and personalized reports regarding your own usage data in our Customer Portal. The Portal has many features other than online bill pay, including the options shown in the graphic above.
