Water Use Violation Appeal Form

Union County Water implemented Stage 2 of our Water Shortage Response Plan on May 15, 2026.

We notified all customers of the restrictions by email, phone call, text message, bill inserts (such as the one shown at right), printed messages on our water bills, social media messages, messages in our Customer Portal, and website updates. 

If you received a warning notification that you violated the County's water use restrictions while a declared Water Shortage is in effect, please take a few minutes to review the Current Stage of Water Restrictions and make the necessary adjustments.   

During Stage 2 of our Water Shortage Response Plan, the only restrictions in effect are on outdoor water use, such as spray irrigation. Visit unionconserves.com to learn more, and adjust your irrigation schedule to avoid future violations and the associated penalties. 

If you believe the violation you received was issued in error, or if you had no opportunity to prevent the violation, you may file an appeal.
