We established this program to encourage customers to take the time to find and repair leaks in their homes, so that you stop wasting water, which leads to high bills.   

This program allows for self-repairs or repairs made by a third-party, such as a plumber.

How do I know I have a leak?

Sign up for account access in our Customer Portal and enroll in the portal's usage alerts feature. You'll be alerted if your water meter ever shows a sudden spike in water usage - typically the sign of a leak in your home.
