We realize that it's not always easy keeping up with your monthly bills. While our Customer Care Office will attempt to work with customers who have a good payment history, our payment policies require that customers pay for the water they consume and the wastewater services they receive. These policies are in place to help keep our costs low and fair for everyone.

Visit UC CARES for a listing of local organizations that can help you with access to food, employment, housing, and financial support.
