We always try to work safely and avoid damage to personal or private property. If you feel that a Union County Water team member or equipment has caused damage to your property, this page describes how you can submit a general liability claim and answers common questions about that process.

To submit a claim, please complete the Citizen Claim Reporting FormYou can also pick up a form in person at our office, located at 500 North Main Street Suite 400, Monroe, NC 28112.  

Your claim will be acknowledged by Union County Water Customer Care within one business day. The claim will then either be handled internally by Customer Care or turned over to Union County Security Risk Management.
