Permitted Access to Bulk Water

Union County Water provides discounted rates on bulk water purchases to landscapers, builders, farmers, and others who apply and are permitted through our Bulk Water Program.

Through this annual permitting process, water trucks are authorized to draw water from specific hydrants throughout our service area. To get started, submit your online application below. New applications are required each year, with the program year beginning again on July 1 of each year.
