Union County Water is proud to provide drinking water that meets or exceeds all state and federal standards for water quality. We publish an annual report to the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality that contains a snapshot of that year’s water quality. Included in this report are details about our sources of water, what it contains and how it compares to standards set by state and federal regulatory agencies. 

These reports are created in May-June of each year and published here on our website for our customers to review. All customers who have created an online account in our Customer Portal will receive this report by email.
