Our rate and fee schedule is set annually by the Union County Board of Commissioners, as part of their annual budget deliberations. 

On June 16, the Union County Board of Commissioners approved the County Manager’s recommended Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) operating and capital budgets, including increases to water and sewer rates to help fund needed projects across Union County Water’s service area.

The rate increases will apply to customers’ usage beginning July 1, 2025; customers will see the increase reflected in their August 2025 billing statements.
