How Our Rates & Fees are Determined 

Union County Water's rate and fee schedule is set annually by the Union County Board of Commissioners, as part of their annual budget deliberations. 

Union County's Budget Process  

In June 2025, the Union County Board of Commissioners approved the County Manager’s recommended Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) operating and capital budgets, including increases to water and sewer rates to help fund needed projects across Union County Water’s service area.
