Union County Water's Customer Care Office will be closed for the Christmas holiday from Wednesday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Dec. 25. On behalf of our employees, Union County Water wishes all of our customers a merry Christmas and we hope you enjoy time off with friends and family.

Services Available When Customer Care is Closed

When the Customer Care Office is closed, customers may continue to call our primary phone number for assistance - 704-296-4210 - to speak with an after-hours call taker. If warranted, our stand-by crews will respond promptly to wastewater emergencies. Our customer care specialists will follow up regarding all other matters as quickly as possible during regular business hours. 

Customers may also submit concerns to Customer Care by sending an email to water@unioncountync.gov or by using this webform. 

Many services are available on our website 24/7, including: 

• manage your account and pay bills online in our Customer Portal;
• view other options to pay a bill
• apply to start service/new customer form;
• stop service/move out form;  
• request your Union County Water account number.
